Sales Account Manager - North of England

To continue our success, we are seeking a perfectly presented candidate with excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact appropriately with customers.

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be tasked with maximising sales of new and existing clients whilst delivering outstanding level of account management skills and maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

In this important role, you will travel to customer sites, book and manage appointments, answer any queries customers may have and create new / close sales opportunities. Utilising your professional communication skills, you will handle incoming enquiries via telephone and email and arrange client site visits. You will also be tasked to assist with local company events, which will involve planning and executing with the assistance of our marketing team.

Travel is a key part of this role which will also involve the occasional overnight stay.

Your other duties will involve:

  • Researching and recommending new opportunities
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Generate new business
  • Ensuring that in-house teams are kept up-to-date with new sales and order information
  • Building a 'territory'
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Report to senior management

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will need a minimum of two years field sales experience.

A degree (or equivalent) would be beneficial, but this is not essential.

Well-presented and polished, as a Sales Account Manager, you will need to be meticulous in your approach to details, articulate and personable. Your dedication and passion for this role is key to the growth of this new and exciting region for Escape Technology.
