Escape Technology offers several levels of support service, which you can switch between according to your studio’s requirements. We recognise that a lot of our clients either cannot stretch to an engineer of their own, or don’t need one all the time, so we’ve developed a flexible model that you can rely on permanently, or only when you need it.

When you’re ramping up to take on a big project, the Platinum package includes emergency call-outs and regular onsite attendance to make sure that everything’s running smoothly. During quieter times, the Bronze package includes telephone support and remote diagnosis to solve problems as they arise. 

Our technical team all have longstanding experience working in VFX facilities, as well as building the workstations we sell and rent so that they’re ready out of the box. Ant, Tim and Rob each have their own area of specialism, and between them they seriously know their onions.
