GTC 2025: The Future of AI and High-Performance Computing

The GPU Technology Conference (GTC) 2025, held March 17-21 at the San Jose Convention Center, set a new benchmark for the technology industry. More than 25,000 attendees gathered to discover the latest innovations from NVIDIA that will take the world of artificial intelligence (AI) and accelerated computing (HPC) to the next level. In particular, the focus was on developments in AI infrastructure that further strengthen Nvidia as market leader.

NVIDIA's vision for the future of AI

In his highly anticipated keynote, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang outlined how the company will shape the era of AI. The coming years will be characterised by agentic AI - systems that can think, plan and act independently. But to enable this progress, a completely new infrastructure is needed that is powerful, scalable and efficient.

NVIDIA predicts that global investment in data centres will exceed one trillion dollars in the next few years. GPUs, CPUs and high-speed networks are now critical building blocks of innovation in organisations worldwide. To realise this vision, new products and platforms have been unveiled, laying the foundation for the next industrial revolution in AI and HPC.
